The lock works the same whether in Bluetooth (BLE) or in Wi-Fi. All options are similar and available.
When you first install your lock on your door and then on your account on the application, you can very easily use all the options of the device.
You can :
– Unlock the door
– Create your unique password
– Create periodic passwords
– Create permanent passwords
– Create users (for your family) and personalized passwords
– Assign fingerprints to users (usually for your family)

All the options are available as long as you are close to your lock for the creations (distance restriction linked to Bluetooth). Once created, you no longer need to be near your door to use them. It is only when you want to create / modify / delete access that you need to be near the lock.

In addition, a security option is in place, you can generate a dynamic password even outside your home if someone needs to access your lock. To do this, all you have to do is open the lock on your smartphone application then click on “Dynamic password”, a code will be generated, you can copy it and send it by message to this person. This password is valid for 5 minutes. There may be a delay of a few seconds between the moment the password is generated and the activation on the lock.

The advantage of the gateway in the use of the lock is to be able to continue to control the lock remotely (outside your home). All options will be available and accessible.
